Not receiving notifications on Inspire HR

Hello! My Inspire HR doesn't get any notifications(calls,messages etc.) from my Xiaomi phone. When i click the notifications on the app it always shows "Notification service not running. A phone restart is required..." I restarted my phone many times, updated the app but it didn't work and I did the clear data but guess what it didn't work again. The "notification service not running" keeps showing again. Can you help me pls? Any suggestions that I can do?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Xiaomi mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

I am currently using Xiaomi Redmi 4a and i've experienced this kind of situation last April :--)
