I I am having trouble getting notifications from my iPhone 11 to show up on my new inspire HR. I have tried resetting taking me up off shutting the phone off resetting all notifications both in the app and on my phone

Still nothing. I have tried most recommendations. Nothing works. I have reset my phone and deleted the app reset my Fitbit several times. Checked all the settings turn them on and off, etc
