My Inspire HR was working fine until this past Friday (April 26). Now it won’t recognize workouts unless I had them manually. It used to be able to recognize an aerobic activity and count calories burned, HR etc but now unless I specifically click on Treadmill before I start runningon treadmill it won’t log it as much. This past Sunday I was doing cardio at the gym for an hour.... watch didn’t count anything. Didn’t even give me “credit” for a “workout day” in the homepage tiles. Again I had to enter my workout manually to get credit. Today - the watch only gave me credit for my treadmill workout—- not rowing or bike (as an aerobic activity). This sucks. Did the update too (on Sunday) and nothing changed. Still tracks steps and sleep

Mine won't work at all.  The battery only lasts 1.5 days.  Is crazy.  I called customer service and they want me to jump through hoops when they know that the product is bad.

Mine doesn't auto-detect when i'm working out which is a bummer because i don't always remember to start my exercise timer. does that happen to you as well?

A couple quick questions:

1. What type of activities/exercises are you doing (that are not being auto-detected)?

2. Are you wearing it on your wrist,  or are you clipping to your body somewhere (and where specifically)?

The answers to these may help to determine why you're having trouble.
