Not showing half of night’s sleep

Like other types of trackers a few days ago mine stopped recording sleep if I get up briefly in the night.  The problem is systemic—so many complaints it needs to be fixed.  It worked perfectly until we updated the tracker.

Hi @Staynfit, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your Inspire HR is not recording sleep information at all or Sleep Stages? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which phone are you using with your Fitbit device? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Inspire HR, try wearing it on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep and troubleshoot the app with the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Looking forward to your reply.
