Since i got my new phone this past Tuesday, my Inspire HR has not shown my sleep stages or sleep score for the past 4 nights. I have updated the fitbit app and have updated the fitbit. It still doesn't work. My new phone is a Samsung Note 10+, coming from a Samsung 8+.

Try reinstalling the app on your phone. That fixed the problem for me for a Fitbit that was working, except for sleep, after the latest firmware update. You won't lose any data.
