Not swiping; lots of vibrating

My HR inspire will not respond to swiping and keeps vibrating for no reason for over 30 seconds. Help!  I have Already plugged it into a charger until the smiley face comes up, but that has done nothing.

Mine is not swiping either. I can only see the clock.

The same with mine. It is not even 1 year old.

Also the same - vibrating for no reason, but no face at all.  Seems to be keeping data when I sync it to the phone however.   Could this relate to the app upgrade that took place yesterday?

I did get it to work by plugging it in to my computer and making sure on the
chrome/google profile that I was logged into  originally. Not my secondary one. Then
the interface for logging was not working. I logged out of fitbit and back
in again. Changed my password. Then rebooted my cell phone. I DID A BLUETOOTH SEARCH FOR MY FITBIT AND MADE SURE IT WAS HOOKED UP. 3 hours of
trying all this and it now works.

I got it reset and working. 1) used the same chrome profile. I had my secondary profile logged in. 2) I plugged my fitbit into my computer. 3) I changed my fitbit password. 4) Now the fitbit worked but the logging food feature on my phone did not. 5) Logged out of fitbit. 6) Rebooted my phone. 7) Logged back in to fitbit. 😎 Went in to bluetooth and searched for my fitbit. IT NOW WORKS. 3hour of figuring this out.
