Not technical but how the fitbit fits.

My issue is "fit" based. My Inspire is brand new but I'm having problems with the wrist strap. It is very difficult to wrap around my wrist one-handed. Worse than that is it will not stay closed. Any suggestions? I'm frustrated because I want to be using it!

Hi @Matia  there is an optional clip for the Inspire which might be something for you to consider. It allows you to put the pebble in it and clip it in a pocket, waistband - anywhere you'd want to put it. It will still collect your activity, but you wouldn't need to put it on your wrist. Putting things on with one hand can be tricky. When I have problems, I put my hand on the bed or a table and have it where the other hand can do the clasp. Then I take the loosely closed Fitbit and tighten it while holding it to my chest. Have you tried doing that?

To make things easier, I lick the metal piece and the hole I'm putting it into. It makes the band attach easier, and once it dries (10-15 minutes) it's perfectly fine.
