Not tracking distance during bike rides

Recently been out cycling on several bike rides and Fitbit shows no distance, no speed as if nothing has happened. STRAVA has tracked them.

It also doesn’t auto track when I have been cycling for 15 minutes. 
Really frustrating as I like to know how many calories I have burnt, any ideas?

I have this same issue. When I track it manually by going to the exercise icon, on the watch and clicking ‘bike’ it tracks everything including distance and gps map. But using smart track it doesn’t even track distance for any exercise or gps automatically

Smart track is not suppose to show distance at anytime. 

Smarttrack will not connect to the phones GPS. Therefore will not be able to measure distance. 

@Stefcope90 did your tracker connect to the phones GPS?

Thanks for your reply, my initial enquiry is not about smart track it is for the exercise tracking with Bluetooth on. It connect with the GPS initially however then keeps disconnecting and reconnecting.
It worked perfectly up until now and has decided to stop working?

Hi. If that’s the case, I don’t really see the point in smart track being available if it doesn’t track everything you want it too, may as well manually track your exercise through the watch.

I have just re-read your first message and manually (selecting on the watch) doesn't track the GPS when connected for me. Automatically doesn't track either - I think it must be broken! 
I can manually add a ride afterwards using STRAVA but frustrating using 2 apps when I have the watch for this reason. 
I will need to log an issue.
