Go to settings in the watch tap notifications off then back on it should work if not do a soft reset

It took me a while but i got calls and texts working on my Galaxy S8 by going to fitbit app on my phone then into account and click on device then there is a notifications badge. In there you can set notifications for calls texts etc. Hope this helps!

I am having the same issue. My inspire hr stopped receiving any type of notification this morning. I tried pretty much everything. Restarted my phone, double checked all my settings and even deleted my fitbit in the app and added it as a new device and I'm still not getting any notifications or calls.

I have the same problem, it constantly tells me that i need to pair my phone and fitbit but just wont do it, never had this problem with my alta. Having problems with logging swims aswell, it would seem the inspire hr is a bit flaky.

I have the same problem and have the iPhone 6s. The Inspire device does not stay paired with my phone, so I cannot get any notifications. Every time I even try to get into the app to sync the two I end up having to restart the app, turn blutooth off and then on and then turn my phone off and then on. EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to pair the two devices. This is so ridiculous! FitBit should be offering refunds for every Inspire because of all the complaints they've had. And this is the second Inspire device I've had--the first one was defective as well.

I've upgraded to the Versa elite Hopefully it will work better.
