Help!! Just got my inspire 2, 2 days ago. The first night I had it, set it up etc I was getting the buzzing and the notifications. I charged it over night, next morning put it on and noticed I wasn’t receiving any notifications on it when I got texts, emails, phone calls. How do I fix that?? I’ve gone through all settings both in the app and on my phone.

Hi @MeggieCaton any chance you have DND enabled on the device or your phone? The battery can go from low to full in two hours, so there isn't a need to charge it overnight. You could just charge it in the evenings while you watch a show or take a shower.

My DND is not on, on my phone. I do think it’s weird that it was working perfectly fine for a few hours, then just stopped when all I did was go from open the box, to charger, to wrist.

I just got mine yesterday and I'm really unhappy with it. The date and time is never on the front and half the time I can't find it. It doesn't vibrate or is it does it doesn't vibrate consistently or strongly enough for me to even realize it happened. I've been unable to turn on or off some features. Personally I think I got a limit and I'm really not happy about it since I know my insurance paid for this. The whole point was to help me become more active and more fit but what good is it if the stupid thing doesn't work?! And honestly have two questions here go without answer or I can't find them. Fit that you guys need to do something to fix these problems.
