Today I have the Inspire 2.
I have trawled this forum and see the same advice over and over again but it hasn’t helped. I can’t receive notifications other than vibrate for a call
I have done EVERYTHING this forum has suggested :
reboot
sleep / DND off
notifications settings changed and on
iPhone notification settings changed and on
Bluetooth paired and repaired with iPhone 11
all settings on/off
ive done everything the forum suggests so why am I not getting what’s app / text messages on the brand new Inspire 2. I only got it today. Very frustrating . Surely it should be much easier / less hassle to get this thing working properly. Really not impressed at this stage
im using iphone 11 and everything is updated inc Fitbit app

Hi there, @MaroochyDazza. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 2 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
As a first approach, please note since you're setting up notifications, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.
On the other hand, if you also want to receive iMessages (since you're also an iOS user) please try toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".
