I don’t get notifications on my device since I upgraded to iOS 15.1

I have already updated Fitbit app, turned off and on Bluetooth and also turned off and on my phone. I have already rebooted my device and also re-pair my device to the phone. Nothing helps. 
Is there anything else to make it work?
