Notifications are not coming through my Inspire HR

I have my Inspire HR connected to my iPhone almost all the time but I am not receiving any notifications from my phone. I’ve tried resetting HR, deleting app and redownloading app. I don’t know of anything else to do. Any other suggestions anyone out there?

I had this too, but if you go to settings, then inspire hr, and then if you click on notifications you might still need to set it up after you installed/ reinstalled the app. This was the case with me i hope this helps!
