Hi, I just bought my new Inspire HR, but I am unable to turn on notifications on my fitbit, I followed all the instructions I could find online, changed my settings about the app, notifications and battery but it still doesn't' work. I use a Xiaomi device. It constantly says that I need to restart my device. I am pretty pissed as I bought it for this matter.

I'd like to know what is the model of your Xiaomi phone. In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Finally, monitor your device during the next 24 hours and see if it receives notifications properly.
