Notifications suddenly stop working and then work again

Anyone else having this issue? I will get notifications (texts/phone calls) fine all day and then randomly throughout the day it stop getting notifications for an hour or so and then starts working again. There is no Bluetooth interference. It’s incredibly annoying

I will have no notifications all day sometimes and my alarms randomly stop working even though they are set and I've synced. Super annoying. Not sure how to fix.
