Hi, I purchased a new charge 6, and switch my app to it. New device works fine.
Want to give an old device to my wife, installed fitbit app, but application can't connect to old inspire hr.
Bluetooth is on, as well as location.
I cleared user data from inspire HR, restarted several times both watches and phone.
But nothing works! It is very disappointing, that smart device cannot be just reseted to be paired with another phone.

Before considering other options, I'd ask you to remove Inspire HR from your phone Bluetooth and your account. Please, try to follow the steps listed in this help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
