One of the three charging ports on the back that are metallic gold in color appears broken. I have tried to clean it and it seems that parts have fallen off on it.

Hello @cecil20
It appears as if you’ve been a member since December 2021. Your still under your warranty so you can try and contact Fitbit Customer Service to see if they are willing to replace your charger. (I’m assuming you mean your charger) If it’s your actual Inspire 2 then definitely contact them. You can contact them here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
In any case, for myself I would probably just buy an inexpensive charger (if that is what’s broken) from Amazon and get it quickly, rather than try to go through warranty process, but it's your call.
They are very inexpensive on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Emilydeals-Replacement-Charging-Wireless-Wristband/dp/B00X9G94Z4/ref=sr_1_4?c...
😃I hope this provides you with the best answer for your question. Please let me know

The charger for the Inspire 2 only has two pins. It looks like this:
Is this what yours looks like? Is your device able to charge with that cable?

Hello @cecil20 and welcome to the Community. I've never come across a post, in any forum for any device, about parts coming out of the charging ports. Could you post a clear picture of the back of your Inspire 2? Debris can cover the plating. The recommended cleaning method is rubbing alcohol and a toothbrush. I use a very soft baby toothbrush.
The device has three contacts and the charger has two pins. I'm confident that @cecil20 is writing about the device.
Update: This image shows the inside of a Charge 3, taken apart to the inside of the case. Considering how the charging contacts are held in place from the inside, it's hard to imagine how pieces came out.
