Hello,
I have constant syncing issues with the app. I’ve tried all the tips and fixes, multiple times. I decided to test when I only had a few steps - it’s been trying to sync 500 steps for around twenty minutes now.
Like I say, I’ve tried all the ‘fixes’, multiple times, so please don’t respond with the usual list. I’d like a proper resolution to this issue because it’s basically just not working.

I have had the same issues. My fitbit was losing time and when I checked it hadn't synced in a while. I tried all the fixes and suggestions for 2 days with no luck so decided to try syncing it with my phone rather than the tablet and that has worked. I prefer to have the app on my tablet and have never used my phone for any my fitbit devices before so not sure why it stopped working as my tablet is fairly new🤔

@Sandy-68 Thank you for sharing that you've been having a similar problem.
Keep in mind that you need to sync through the Fitbit app and not through the Bluetooth settings on your tablet. In addition to the restart, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
