Only tracking a few hours of sleep

My new Fitbit tracks only some of my sleep, @2-3 hrs when I’be been sleeping at least 7.  It’s fully charged and I’m wearing it on my wrist the same location as always (when it tracked my sleep fully.)  it’s brand new (2 wks)  How can I put it back into detecting my actual sleep?

I suspect that you (and I) are moving too frequently for it to register. Per "How does my Fitbit device automatically detect sleep?" in this article, if we move every hour, it never detects sleep.
