Oppo F7 connection to Fitbit Inspire HR

I recently received a gift of a Fitbit Inspire HR but it can't connect on my Oppo F7. Could you enable this for me to fully utilize my Fitbit?

Thanks for sharing that you're trying to connect your Fitbit Inspire HR with your Oppo F7. I'd like to mention this model is not in the list of tested devices. We're currently receiving feedback about different devices that are not in the list and our team is working hard to add more devices to the list. But since this model of phone is not there we can't assure the Fitbit App will be working flawless even if it is able to connect. 

 

Our best recommendation is trying to sync or set up via computer, laptop, or any other compatible device. You can also try these steps with your phone and give it a try again. The Fitbit app will be showing the correct battery information once it is able to sync.
