I can only find clock screens that are vertical, where are the horizontal screens ? Vertical has options of too big or too small, there have to be others . Anyone? I can’t see the little numbers at all, and the big ones read
like month and day, confusing and not useful in the middle of the night. Thank you!

Not available ? This was a feature of my Alta HR that they removed in the Inspire, with no marketing materials to alert the customer, so the product is DOA. A screen you can’t read, and the answer is to tell the company what they already know?
I also noticed that the GPS feature requires me to bring my phone? Who runs with their phone? If I wanted to take my phone I’d just use the phone app that does the same thing.
This was a Christmas gift, and wasn’t cheap, I’d really like it to work.
Can anyone help?

I fixed it. I talked to them, no help at all, just, “I’d like to resolve this”, without offering anything to actually resolve it.
Fitbit dropped the ball big time.
Walmart took it back no questions, we already have the money back.
