Pace is shown when I categorise an exercise

I record my exercise through the shortcuts on my watch screen. I want to know the calories burned as I’m using it with MFP for weight loss.

As I do specific classes, I then categorise them afterwards for my records so that they have the proper class names.  However, for some reason, when I categorise an exercise, the log stops showing calories as the main display and shows pace instead. I have no interest in that.

How can I set it to continue to show calories rather than pace?

Many thanks!
