My personal best feature has not updated in a year. I contacted customer service to discuss it and even included a screenshot and they don't seem to understand what I am asking.
I already reset my Fitbit. I already closed all the app, log-out, and restart my computer and phone and log in again and it still does not update.
The last update for the best daily showdown is 20,000 plus steps but since then I have gotten different batch all the way up to 75,000. Sunday, September 27, 2020. I got my 100,000 step batch so YES, I would like my personal best for the Daily Showdown to be updated to that instead of 20,000 steps.
My weekend warrior should also be updated as it is now 150,000 plus step.
Come on customer service, do something. Fit it. Update it manually. You can do it.

They just inform me to reboot my fitbit which i did and it did not work. It did not update.
