Phone no longer makes any sound if my Inspire HR is in range

For about 4 months, my Fitbit and phone have been working fine. Recently, my phone (iPhone 6) has stopped making any sound when the screen is locked. This is directly due to the fitbit, since when I disconnect it, sounds work fine. Sounds also work fine if the screen is on (when I'm actively using the phone). But when the screen is off, no sounds come through, my watch just vibrates. I don't always notice the vibration, so I would really like my phone to also ring/get texts. If I turn off watch notifications, it does come through on my phone. But again, I would like it to come through on both and this is what it had been doing since January. Anyone know how to solve this? Thanks!

@ejet07 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your with your iPhone not ringing when it is connected to your Inspire HR. This is odd as your tracker should not affect how your phone works. Lets try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.
