Plastic case broken that holds the pin for the strap

My daughter has a fitbit inspire HR which I bought approximately 18months ago. The plastic casing has broken that holds the pin for the strap in place and she is therefore unable to wear it currently.  Please advise what can be done. Thanks

Same here. I have the regular Inspire, it's now sitting in a drawer,  unusable.

I have managed to contact fitbit today and they were really helpful, they have arranged for a replacement, it might be worth contacting them yourself to see what they can do.

Following!! The same happened to me, only I thought it was just the band.  I purchased 3 new bands, figuring that one of them was bound to work....that is, until I tried to put the bands on and a small piece of plastic was broken and fell out.  Now I can't get the band to stay on at all. 😕

I contacted fitbit and they actually replaced it for my daughter. I was very impressed with their customer service.
