Hi Julia, I have read those instructions a few times now, and complied withem, but still I am getting "No data" messages, and in Readiness no data. I am now at a lossxascto what else I can do! Is there an escallation procedure?

You are getting a message of “no data” for readiness? Can you give more details about any other missing data?

Problem solved! My Flitbit was set to worn as clip. I changed this to On Wrist and all data now appears to being read.
