Hi Julia,  I have read those instructions a few times now, and complied withem, but still I am getting "No data" messages, and in Readiness no data. I am now at a lossxascto what else I can do!  Is there an escallation procedure?

My problems have nothing to do with the fact that I cannot type to save my life!!!

Hi, @Rt434f4r47. , you only asked about how to wear your device.  If the answer to that did not solve your issue then it would be helpful if you explained what the issue is.

You are getting a message of “no data” for readiness?  Can you give more details about any other missing data?

Problem solved! My Flitbit was set to worn as clip. I changed this to On Wrist and all data now appears to being read.
