Today I checked my app and noticed that Fitbit had logged 2 bike rides for me on Friday, except I hadn’t ridden.
worried someone had logged onto my account I checked the times and realised that Fitbit had logged the walk I’d done to and from school with a pram as a bike ride.
I’ve now deleted the data but found it amusing.

I had this problem last summer after back surgery when I was using a walker. I could track my walks by manually entering them in the app, but no (or very few) steps were counted. Apparently, the tracker uses hand movements to count steps. Who knew?

Well it’s going to be useless when I go back to work after maternity leave and have to wear it clipped on my bra 😂🤦🏼:female_sign:

My understanding is that, when you change the quick setting from,"on wrist" to "on clip," it somehow magically changes the way that it counts steps. I have no idea how that is. Maybe the way an actual pedometer does? I wonder if having it set as "on clip" while you walk with your pram might solve the problem? Worth a try.
