Premium fit test not tracking

I did the Fit test so Fitbit could determine  my fitness level.  I could not even rate it.  Please help

Let me help you with your Fit test. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your app? Try logging out from it, restart your phone and log back in.

I have the same problem. I did the fit test twice with trainer Lea. I was never asked to rate the movements. I don’t know why you want  to see a screenshot it’s a video. Am I supposed to send you a few hundred stills of every movement in the video? No, I can’t that, and I am not typing not the same device I run the app on. I run the FitBit coach app on an iPhone with iOS version 14.4. This is the first thing I’ve done with the FitBit coach app, and so far I am not impressed. The fit test doesn’t even work properly!
