A few days ago I noticed my Fitbit Inspire HR stopped recording my sleep and losing it’s charge very quickly. I tried the 5 second reset and now there is no display. I’ve tried reloading it on the app and it worked for a few minutes and now it’s back to it’s old tricks. It’s only 6 months old so I’m pretty bummed because I love it!!!
HAAALPPP!!!

@JulieKF I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR not holding its charge and its display not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
Let me know how it goes.
