Problem with my notification on my inpire HR

My problem regards to notification on the app 

When i set the notification on the Fitbit app i see this message pop up

 

"Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notification on your tracker."

 

I'm using an Android phone.

i tried to do the above but it didn't work, what can i do

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not getting notifications. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
