Is anyone else having a problem updating their firmware. I have tried ten times to update it with my Iphone SE 2020 and my laptop and it does not work. It is super frustrating because my Fitbit is not logging the correct distance with the GPS so I want it to work correctly. I have tried restarting the Fitbit, unpairing the Bluetooth, and all the suggestions online. I just spoke to Customer Service and he was talking about a warranty option. I don't understand with updating the firmware is so complicated.
