Why am I unable to install the Fitbit app I've had on my old phone on the new phone I bought? I keep being told that there is already an account with my email address. I've tried both of the email addresses I tend to use...same thing. So I uninstalled the app on my old phone completely...no change.
How do I clear my email addresses so I can install the app on the new phone? This is really maddening.

It sounds like you are trying to create a new account; don't do that; just log in with the sane id/email you wee using.

there is another update for fitbit app now i have just updated it its fine now if you still have problems please contact fitbit on fitbit.com/help and they will sort everything out for you
