Hi brains trust. I just upgraded to the iPhone13 but while the Bluetooth in phone settings says my Fitbit is connected, the app isn’t updating stats. I keep getting the “can’t sync” error message. Anyone else seen this? I’ve tried live chat - twice - but they’ve been unable to help. In fact they just ended the chat without helping me. I’m frustrated.

I have the same problem. Every time I look at the app on my iPhone 13. It says to forget the picture the Bluetooth connection and resync. It is very frustrating!
