I've only had my Inspire hr for two days and I am really disappointed with it.
The battery life is poor. It was fully charged yesterday morning and the battery is already down to 30% in little over a day. My old Aldi one, which I've had for three years lasts over a week before needing to be charged.
The touch screen will not open up for me. I believe that for example, if it is showing say sleep icon, I should be able to tap the screen and this should open up and show more detailed stats. It doesn’t, no matter where I tap it, or how I tap it.
i keep having g problems with the blue tooth connection to my iPad. It doesn’t want to connect from either end. The only way to get it to work is to unistall the device, and reinstall, which I don’t want to do every day.
I really regret buying this thing.

I was also thought that if I tapped the icon e.g the water one, that i was meant to open up showing the data corresponding to it and enabling me to input updates.
Is this not the case???
Can anyone enlighten me on this, please

I am slowly regretting buying it also. The battery life is fairly bad but it doesn’t bother me much. The Bluetooth is the worst. I cannot connect it to my phone or iPad. And I’ve tried everything possible. I’m think of restarting my fit and deleting my account if I cannot fix it whatsoever. Hope they can fix it as soon as possible.
