Problems with the Inspire HR. No notifications/HR tracking/ updating.

Hello all, I’ve had the Inspire HR since March and up until 2 weeks ago it was fine. First I had the update tracker issue, I tired everything from turning it on and off deleting the app, disconnecting from Bluetooth and still nothing but everything else worked on it.

That changed a few hours ago today, I’m not getting any notifications, and it’s not tracking my heartbeat. Do I have a faulty device? First the update problem, now no notifications and heart rate. What gives?

Hi, I've just had this conversation via twitter with the fitbit help team and it turns out it's my phone that's not compatible with fitbit.. I have a Huawei P30 pro so I'm waiting to see if they do an update and get it added. I randomly get notifications but only when app is open otherwise it won't even sync til app is open.. Just waiting on that update I hope they do.

I found a fix, on the compatiblity list there's a p20 lite fix? And I did what it said with that and I now get all of my notifications and updates, everything. Give it a try. 😊
