Purchased today, screen changes by itself and is unresponsive- totally broken and useless!

As with the title, my Inspire HR was purchased today - straight after it was setup, the screen changes by itself, it’s unresponsive and completely unusable. I’ve tried resetting, deleting it from the app on my iPhone XS and re-adding it and nothing works.

 

Absolutely shocking quality, terrible product and non-existent customer support - thanks FitBit!

Hey Sam_a_1994, I had this same issue. After updating and attempting setup, the screen had a mind of its own, starting activities and flipping between faces at random, along with unresponsive to swipes.

 

I exchanged it after following the 'reset' process provided by Fitbit, and the NEW one works perfectly so far, for about 10 days or so now.  I would follow the previous poster's suggestion and just exchange it.

Yes, that’s what I meant by posting today about the screen that scrolls apps all the time, it’s the same issue! I’m so sad.
