Question about battery life if I am not using my Inspire HR.

If I am not going to use my Inspire HR for a few months, should I let it discharge completely and charge it up when I want to use it again? Or should I charge it when the battery is low every few days? Which way will keep the battery's life as long as possible?

Keep it charged, ideally don't charge it much above 80% or let it drop much below 30%. 

A dead lithium battery will quickly become unusable.
