I haven’t managed to resolve the issue of my Inspire sending random notifications throughout the night for calendar events that aren’t due. This happened after updating my iPhone to the new IOS 13z I have tried to follow all previous suggestions but to no avail. Help please!

Hi @Feefee5050 nice to see you again here. Thanks for reporting the issues with the random notifications that you're getting.

This is not an expected behavior from your Fitbit. Thanks for trying the suggested steps.

  • Are you having this specific issue only with calendar events?
  • What model of iPhone do you have?

You can also try the factory reset on your Inspire HR. Remember to delete it from your iPhone's Bluetooth as well, before performing the set up process.

Keep me posted on the resolution.

Hi,

Yes this is only with calendar events. I have an IPhone 8 Plus and the
issue has been ever since I did the last software update to IOS 13.

I have already tried a factory reset of the Fitbit and that didn’t help.

Thanks
