Randomly not getting 250+ steps per hour notification on Inspire HR

I have my 250+ steps per hour remind me to move set from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm every day. I am really trying to meet this goal. But randomly, it sometimes just doesn't remind me every single day. I realize it won't remind me if I have already met the 250 steps for that hour, but I am not getting reminders for hours I didn't meet the goal. For example, this morning, I realized it was after 11:00 am, and I have been sitting at my desk since about 10:10 am and received no reminder. When I checked the app, I, in fact, have not reach my 250 for the hour, so it should have reminded me! Is there some other reason why a reminder would not be sent?

@LexLately It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with this. This is odd. I suggest you remove the reminders to move, save and sync then re-add them to your tracker, save and sync again. If the issue persists then restart your tracker by following these instructions .

Hope this helps.

I turned it off and on and rebooted, and it still just randomly doesn't remind me.  It has been pretty decent up until today, or maybe that is because I have already been on my feet a lot. Today, I had a lot of desk work to do, I have now missed 4 out of 7 hours because and it only reminded me once so far. I will go through what you have suggested again, and see if that helps at all.
