I have just switched to the Inspire, and whilst it tracks the basic sleep, it no longer provides a sleep score as my previous one did. Have logged outing logged back (a couple of times), but it hasn't made any difference. I also tried to switch to the "sensitive" sleep mode, but that hasn't made any difference either - as in, still no sleep score. or the analysis of REM sleep etc. Starting to keep me up and night!

Hi @Badger1966 you say the tracker is only tracking basic sleep without sleep stages
To get a sleep score you need to see the sleep stages.
So let's open the Fitbit app and bring up a sleep in question.
Look below the sleep graph and see if Fitbit knows why.
A sleep of 3 hours is needed and a consistent heartrate for sleep stages.
Did you get the Inspire or the Inspire HR?
With the Inspire you will not be able to get sleep stages and a sleep score since their isn't a heart recording.
BTW: I moved your post out of the unrelated thread
