Fitbit Inspire HR died and won’t restart. Smiley face keeps appearing then disappearing.

Samething happen to me and my fit bit can't get it to turn on  after reboot, smiling face and green light

I bought my fitbit about a year ago, didn't use it much then, until this June, 3 months ago, it's been working perfectly since until 2 days ago I looked at my wrist and it was dead, I put it on charge and went back later to get it and the screen was still black, side button does nothing, I put it back on the charge and the smiley face appears and I can see the home screen and scroll through the screens, but the second I take it off the charger it black screens again and nothing works, no green flashing light underneath either.  I can sync with it while it's on the charger and change the clock face while it's on there but the fitbit is completely dead as soon as it comes off the charger  even though its showing it has 100 percent battery life, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you
