Reaction on my wrist

I keep getting a rash and blisters on my wrist of my Fitbit strap. Never had sensitive skin before I clean it 3 times a week. Anyone else get it.

What are you cleaning it with? 

It should be a soap free cleanser like Cetaphil.

Hi I use Aquanil which is what it suggests on the internet to use. Zoe

I came on here to see if anyone else had this. I’ve had my versa II for nearly 2 years yet suddenly this week it’s like I have chemical burns on my wrist. It can’t be an allergic reaction as it would of happened before. 

im just wondering if you got yours sorted?

Have you read the wear and care, @Swaggygemz 

Since lately people are washing their hands more, there are more times where soap may get trapped under the band and this soap being extremely caustic can cause a chemical burn.

Hi yes I cleaned it with anti bac wipes every other day and used hand wipes on my wrist. Didn’t wear my versa till the rash had gone but all ok after. Hope you get it sorted out. Zoe
