Readiness calibrating yet I haven’t taken it off

My inspire 2 readiness score now states calibrating and for me to wear the device for 7 days.

I'm confused why it’s doing this as I’ve not taken it off and was getting a score up to yesterday.
I’ve had it a while and it’s not done this before, any ideas to why it’s doing the calibration now?

I’m having the exact same issue - have deleted the app and reinstalled, logged out and in and nothing helping. Commenting to see if anyone has an answer!

I’m having the same issue as well since they changed the readiness score from “premium” to “free for all” still says, “wear for 7 days” for the last couple days..

Hi I am having the exact same issues as of the last few days.

My device is a Charge 6 and my phone is an iPhone 14 Pro Max on iOS 18.0

Hello @Destiny2 and welcome to the Community.  I haven't received this update yet.  This update calculates your score with completely different metrics.  The way I understand it, it needs seven days of new data to recalibrate.

Problem for me is that it’s been 7 days and it still says needs 7 days of data on the readiness screen

I'm also having this issue since the change from premium to free for all. I was getting a readiness score before. Now it's stuck on calibrating and is saying it needs 7 more nights of data. But it's been a week, and it only ever says 7 more nights. I continue to get sleep scores, and wear the Fitbit at night. It's an Inspire 3.

Exactly the same on my Charge 6. Fix it Fitbit / Google!

I have the same problem on my versa 4 - readiness score is stuck on calculating and has been for over a week - I wear it all the time.

I’m having the same issue - Inspire 2 with paid subscription. I’ve reset my device, deleted the app, removed and added back readiness tile. No change, only says must wear for 7 days (I only take it off to charge).
I’m a longtime Fitbit user but this could be the final straw.

Me too.  Maybe I should just cancel my premium since it’s free for all now and I’m not getting it anymore.

Hi everybody ! Thank you for your messages and report.

This issue should be solved by now. Please make sure that you have the latest Fitbit App installed.
After the update of your app, restart your phone ( off/on )

Afterwards please follow the instructions described here: How do I set up daily readiness as an existing readiness user?

I am on version 4.26 of the software. I turned my phone on and off and the
readiness still says calibrating even though I have worn it continuously
for years.

I clicked on the link and the only thing it said was to make sure you’re on
version 4.23 or higher. There were some instructions on how to get the
tile to show on the screen so I removed it and put it back on. The I
turned my phone off like. Still the same calibrating

I followed all the steps listed and zero change. Still says calibrating/wear for 7 days. ☹️

Me too.  The steps it says follow online prompts but I didn’t get any online prompts.  I just removed it from the dashboard and put it back on.  I have an iPhone. Not sure if that is a factor but it definitely did t prompt me to do anything to set it up and I was already on version 4.26

My app version is 4.25 on an iPhone. I turned off my phone and turned it back on, but it still says "Calibrating: Wear your device for 7 more nights." I followed the steps at the link given, to open the today tab then the Daily Readiness tile. Step 2 did not occur, where it says to follow the on screen instructions. No instructions came up. It just gives the same information about wearing the device for 7 more nights.
