Readiness not working since premium renewed.

My premium membership renewed 5 days ago and since then the Fitbit has not been recording a readiness score. I had a live chat conversation with customer support which was very brief and ended with the support person saying they would send an email with instructions of how to restore it but no email has arrived after two days. Any ideas of what I can do please.

Hi @angieorange. Have you tried deleting the readiness score tile and re-adding? You can do so by clicking "edit" in the upper right hand corner of your Fitbit app, then click on the X by the readiness score tile and tap "Done". To add it back, simply "edit" again and scroll to the bottom of the app where you'll find "Additional Stats" and then add it back in. It may take a few days of sleep and measurements to give you a score.

If that doesn't work, I'd recommend uninstalling the Fitbit app and re-installing it.

Thanks, I have deleted the tile and added it back it and will see if that works. It does now show the detail of wearing the Fitbit for 14 days which is a good sign as previously it said nothing. I am trying to avoid uninstalling the app as I am not sure if that deletes the data.

@angieorange As long as you have synced your device, you won't lose data by uninstalling the app. It all gets saved to Fitbit servers. 🙂 But hopefully just deleting the tile is enough and it works for you now.

Thanks Heather. Deleting the tile has worked and I now have my readiness score back, including the scores up until I renewed!

Yay this worked for me as well! I’d been without my readiness score for almost a month. Thanks so much!
