My Inspire 2 isn't showing my real time heart rate, only my resting HR.

Also it isn't monitoring my sleep at all

Hi @Wendy_Joy. Nice to see you here!

Thanks for the details regarding your Inspire 2.

Can you check if your Inspire 2 is in clip mode?

When you don't want to use your device on your wrist (if you're wearing another watch at the same time for example), you can put your Inspire 2 on clip mode, but this setting will turn off some of the features on the device, including heart rate.

To change your Inspire 2 back to wrist mode, you can press the two buttons on the sides of your device. You will then immediately see "Water Lock" on the screen, but you have to scroll up using your finger so you can see the other options on the menu. If the last option that you see on the menu says "On Clip", that's because your device is currently on Clip Mode, and you can change it back to Wrist Mode by tapping on that option with your finger.

Please let me know if you have any problem to find these settings and if you continue to experience the same inconvenience with your heart rate afterwards.

Hi, thank you so much, but I'm still not there yet. It is on clip mode so I tapped on that and a question came up in grey " Enable on wrist?" And under that in brighter font "All features are available".
I've tried tapping on the question- no response, then the statement all features are available - no response, then both at once - still no response.
What am I doing wrong
Thanks - Wendy

@Wendy_Joy   Swipe up just a little bit more.  You should see a check mark and an x in a circle.  Tap on the check mark.  Then lightly press the buttons to go back to your clock face.

Hi, thank you so much for your help and advice. Someone else got me to the wrist mode bit but I couldn't work out how to actually change it as it didn't respond to tapping on the question. But then I scrolled down to just under there and found the tick and cross - I tapped on the tick and now everything is working perfectly. Thanks again - I'm 69 and technology scares me when I can't get it to work 😅
