Rearrange and/or customise display on Inspire HR device face

Hello,

I have just received my Fitbit Inspire HR device. As I first set it up, I noticed that the selected items I have displayed on my dashboard in the Fitbit application were the ones showing on the device itself when scrolling (weekly exercise, BPM, female diary). However when I decided to add the sleep log, I noticed all other details were also showing (weight, water intake, active hourly steps etc).

I thought it was because I changed the watch face, but turns out no matter what face option I choose the device is showing me all the details. I don’t exactly want my weight to be advertised to the world when showing off my new Fitbit device.

Please tell me how to fix this issue?

Regards,

Draoof

@Draoof Hmm, that's odd.  Make sure the hourly Reminder to Move is off in your settings.  You can turn it off by going into the app, clicking on the icon of your Inspire and select Reminder to Remove.  Turn it off here and see if after it syncs, it removes it from your Inspire device.

And you're right, I do not have the water tile on my Fitbit dashboard either, but I see it when I swipe on my Inspire.

Here is a Feature Suggestion requesting customization of stats displayed on the Inspire/Inspire HR.  I went and voted for it, as I would like to remove certain stats from my Inspire as well.

@Draoof Hello and welcome!  Are you talking about the weight on your Inspire HR itself?  Because none of the clock faces I've used have my weight in them.  The only thing the Inspire can show is when you swipe up from the bottom and you see how many pounds you've lost or gained.  Maybe it shows the weight if you don't set a weight loss goal, I'm not 100% sure.

On my Inspire HR when I swipe up, the weight stat is the second from the bottom, above female health.  Unfortunately, there isn't any way to customize which stats you see when you swipe up on your Inspire.  They appear as you add or remove the tiles from your dashboard in the app.

If you're talking about the weight tile on your dashboard, you can move the tiles around and remove them by pressing on one of the tiles for a few seconds.

I hope this helps!

Hello @Heather-S.

What I mean is when I swipe through the device from the bottom, I want to customise it so that I don't see my weight or my water intake or even the hourly activity status. These are of no interest to me.

The are not part of the tiles I have on my dashboard in the Fitbit application. I assumed, only the tiles I have displayed in my application are displayed accordingly on my Inspire HR device (when swiping through).

My weight, water intake, and hourly activity tiles are not part of the tiles on my dashboard, yet appear on my device when I scroll through. This is what I am trying to fix.

I think I will try to reset it to factory settings and see if it makes a difference.
