I was given a new Inspire 2 last year and it came with a free premium trial for a year. When that ended I then paid a monthly subscription. I just bought a new Inspire 2 which also came with a free one year premium trial but, it will not let me redeem it. I have cancelled my current subscription and waited over 5 days as other forums suggest, however it still will not let me redeem the trial.
