Reminder to Move notifcation not working with the Inspire Clip

Hello

I was a Fitbit One user until it finally quit on me. I was so glad that Fitbit came up with the Inspire so I could wear the device on a clip. I did some research on the Inspire and was excited to see it had some features that the One did not have. I was very much interested in the 250 steps per hour and the text/phone notifications.  My "Reminder to move" was not working so I called the customer support. I was told that if you put the device in a clip the  "Reminder to move" would not work. I was very disappointed in this because I had never read anything about the notification not working in the clip.  Has anyone else been told this?  Also I never feel the notification from my text/calls.                           The Inspire still does all the things that the One did. I was just kind of looking forward to those added features. I think Fitbit should have advised in their Guide that   the "Reminder to Move" notification does not work with the clip.  I still love the Fitbit though.

Thank you for your feedback. Since currently this isn't possible you can share your idea on how to improve this feature in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exist so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
