 It doesn't  remind me when to go to bed.

Do you realize the reminder goes to your phone, not to the Fitbit device?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I was informed by our Support Team and they mentioned they have provided assistance in deactivating Sleep mode. Since you have received assistance from them, I suggest you to update your case if you still have additional questions or inquiries.
