I’ve tried all of the following as per similar issues:

- Reset the Fitbit whilst on charge - several times

- checked do not  disturb is not on

- checked notification is on

- switched reminder on and off several times and synced after each time

- Got a new replacement Fitbit as thought it must be the device but clearly isn’t as its doing the same thing with the new device.

 

it was working fine for 7 months and is not now working. All other notifications are working fine. What’s happening? What else can I try? So disappointed as this is my favourite feature. Especially when doing a desk job, working from home it was such a useful reminder but now thinking I need to stop using Fitbit and go with a different brand.

The same is happening to me as well. Some times it buzzes but then it can go for hours not buzzing. It’s very frustrating. I’ve only had this watch since July and it’s already messing up.
